Software Paper Licenses
A paper license is an agreement granting rights to use software or components of that software to a licensee. Storage media like CD and user manual etc. is not provided. Only paper license is provided by Software developer along with Activation key. This is used by corporates having large number of users since it is easy for deployment and management of software.

Subscription Based Software Licenses
Subscription licenses are paid for with a recurring (often annual) fee to continue using the software. The customer does not own the software license. Software developer provides subscription on the net and registers user directly. Provide Activation key on mail. Customer is able to use the software for the period as per duration set in subscription.
